What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm.  Our Raleigh branch is located at 3309 Anvil Place, and the Greensboro location is at 2103 East Bessemer Avenue.

Is this a Woman-Owned Business?

Yes, Guilford Plumbing Supply is a certified WBE.  Owned by Pamela Burleson, it has been in her family since doors opened many years ago.  Read more about our history >

What should I do before visiting the Greensboro or Raleigh showroom?

We suggest that you gather your floor plans, sources for inspiration, fabric samples, and other items that may influence the type of decorative hardware you choose.  We recommended that you have important measurements jotted down for reference.  Here’s some information about our process >

Do I need an appointment to come into the plumbing supply showroom?

No, our design showrooms are open to the public on a walk-in basis.  You are welcome to visit us anytime during store hours to browse.  To make sure a consultant is available to meet with you one-on-one, call (919) 662-7110 in Raleigh and (336) 274-3761 in Greensboro and we can set up an appointment for you.

Do you offer installation of kitchen or bath products?

Guilford Plumbing Supply does not do installations.  We suggest that you work with a trained professional, and we will work with them to ensure a successful installation.

Do you offer energy efficient fixtures and hardware?

Yes. Today, energy matters.  When you are remodeling your home, you may want to consider replacing your inefficient toilet or faucets with better-performing ones.  Energy consumption can be a deciding factor when you are choosing kitchen or bathroom appliances.  We will be able to provide you with all of that information and more.

What types of products will I find in your showrooms?

Is everything in your showroom in stock?

Our showrooms are filled with products, and while we have many in stock, we may have to order specific pieces for you.  We are very comfortable with the ordering process, and can work with you and your contractor to make sure an order doesn’t delay your remodeling project.  We will even have special orders delivered to your site.
